I work in international corporate advisory, doing the kind of money analysis that big companies take for granted. Sufyan Advisory brings that same thinking to businesses that need it but are too small to hire a full-time finance director.
Most business owners don't need more reports. They need someone to look at the numbers and say, in plain words, what to do. And they want one person for everything — not five or six people for different taxes.

Recent work
The clinic had no accounting software and three years of messy records. I built clean, correct books from scratch, and moved pay for seven staff and payments to ten associates into one place. Then I worked out how profitable the business really is and built financial models of different scenarios for adding more dental chairs and new locations. The clinic now gets a simple report every month and a plan for the months ahead.
Built the whole bookkeeping system from zero in QuickBooks: matching Stripe payments to the bank, a VAT setup, and pay for two directors. Found a £6,700 VAT mistake. Compared profit across five stages of growth and found that selling bikes wasn't worth it — so the owners switched to renting only.
